Yes you are correct.

21210 stand for: Graft, bone; nasal, maxillary or malar areas (includes obtaining graft)

Or, if for the mandible - 21215 - Graft, bone; mandible (includes obtaining graft)

**use modifier -52 for reduced services when bone is not obtained from patient or when appropriate

If your doing a sinus lift and graft of the maxillary, would you use just code 21210???
