Hi. We have had several patient's with Medicare (primary) and tricare for life as secondary for the past few years and since we are "non-par" with medicare, the checks are always sent to the patient. If patient has met their yearly deductible mcr will pay $838.86 and then tricare usually pays the remaining balance which is usually over $5000. Both cks have always been sent to the patient's home until this year.
About 20% of tricare cks are being sent to us and they are only covering between $200 to $400. Is anyone having any issues with tricare for life payments?
