The CPT CrossCode of:

D7953 - bone replacement graft for ridge preservation - per site

is:

21215 - graft, mandibular

For ICD-9 codes - you have several options depending on your patient's situation - here are a few examples:

170.1 malignant neoplasm - mandible
170.1 malignant neoplasm inferior maxilla, jaw bone
213.1 benign neoplasm lower jaw bone

What CPT code do you use for a maxillary socket preservation? ADA code D7953. I am trying to look for ICD codes as well.
