Hi woonmiraman!

The insurer is requesting to see the documentation of your services to the patient - it doesn't have to be anything terribly complicated, just provide documentation of what happened during the visit i.e. why was the k-7 done? what results did it yield? what did you discuss with the patient?

yes! You can create this type of letter/report in DentalWriter. You can choose to generate a "narrative report", or you can use your "quick letters" tab to create several different styles of reports to send along.

Hope this helps! Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

I submitted a claim for TMJ testing (k-7 work up) for a TMJ patient to BCBS. They sent a letter requesting the followings:1. procedure/operative reports and 2. H&P/Admit report.
What are these? We did not admit the patient, so do not have Admit report, but I am not sure what is procedure/operative report? Is this something I can create it by using dental writer's program?
Please help
