Great question. Yes, as long as you bill out only a single x-ray from the CBCT (instead of breaking it down into several different x-ray codes).

D0330 - panoramic radiographic image
Can be cross coded to:
70355 - Orthopantogram (eg, panoramic x-ray)

Is it permissible to take a CBCT including both jaws, and charge out a pano D0330 if a screen shot of the panoramic view is sent to the insurance company, since all of the same information is visible?
