Hi guest!

Great question. Below are some coding options for you for intraoral incision and drainage of abscess, cyst, or hematomas:

41000 - Intraoral incision and drainage of abscess, cyst, or hematoma of tongue or floor of mouth; lingual
41005 - Intraoral incision and drainage of abscess, cyst, or hematoma of tongue or floor of mouth; sublingual, superficial

As for some ICD-10 coding options (if services were rendered on or after Oct 1, 2015) for pericoronitis:

K05.20 - Aggressive periodontitis, unspecified
K05.21 - Aggressive periodontitis, localized
K05.22 - Aggressive periodontitis, generalized
K05.30 - Chronic periodontitis, unspecified
K05.31 - Chronic periodontitis, localized
K05.32 - Chronic periodontitis, generalized
K05.4 - Periodontosis
K05.5 - Other periodontal diseases
K05.6 - Periodontal disease, unspecified

Hope this helps, have a great day!
