I agree—having a reliable roadside assistance service is essential. At Riteway Towing NYC, we provide 24/7 support for everything from car key issues to flatbed towing. It’s reassuring to know help is always available.

Best,
Olivia Marie

Hi guest!

Here are some additional coding options for you:

M27.61 - Osseointegration failure of dental implant
M27.62 - Post-osseointegration biological failure of dental implant
M27.63 - Post-osseointegration mechanical failure of dental implant
M27.69 - Other endosseous dental implant failure

V03.10XA - Pedestrian on foot injured in collision with car, pick-up truck or van in traffic accident, initial encounter

And yes, if the services you list were all done due to the fracture due to the accident & implant failure, the diagnosis codes selected will all apply to them.

Thank you for your response. I was looking more for the failed root canal and the implant or will that Diagnosis code cover all of the codes listed above. Pedestrian hit by truck.

Hi guest!

Based on the doctor's notes, here are some coding ICD-10 diagnosis coding options below:

S02.5XXA - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), initial encounter for closed fracture
S02.5XXB - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), initial encounter for open fracture

As for the code for the auto accident part of it.....do you have any additional details about how the patient was hit by the truck? (i.e. was the patient walking, in other vehicle, driver or passenger, etc??)

Please Help, I've been working on submitting a claim to medical insurance due to auto accident and I am unable to find the proper diagnosis to attach to the following codes.
D6104
D6011
D6040
D6066
D6057
D7210

Dr's notes if that helps!

patient presents to office for consultation concerning implant #9 patient has tooth #9 which was fractured after getting hit by a truck below the bone level a rct was completed and a post placed so Dr could place braces on the patient to pull the root down past the fracture and place permanent restoration . Dr confirmed that tooth is hopeless therefore new treatment plan will include extraction , bone graft, and implant placement

Thanks in advance!
