It all depends on what procedure you're using 41899 to represent. The description of 41899 is: Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures

....so it could stand for several different procedures. Could you provide some additional information on the procedure you're using 41899 to represent?

I'm an ASC always billing 41899 on the medical side. I've done it for years, now all of sudden an insurance company wants to know what the equivalent D code is. Does any one know?
