Jonas: I called the insurance company and what I got from them is that they want the claim on a preprinted medical claim form. Those are the red forms that we put in the box with your software. They can scan those forms in their machines. When you go to print the form, there is an option of using the pre-printed form. Click on that option and put the claim in your printer. The blank data will print on the form.
Make sure that the data lines up in the boxes. If not, our tech team will line it up for you.

I submitted a claim to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and returned it for resubmission. It says we our using an outdated form. I used the 1500 form in your system. Please advice. Harvard Pilgrim can be reached at 1-800-708-4414.
