My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed from a non-participating doctor and our insurance requires us to submit medical cpt codes and diagnosis codes first, to Emblem Health before submitting dental claims. Our claim was rejected due to dental codes being submitted. The dentist office has not been able to supply our insurance with these codes and it’s already 3 months after the procedure. Help us please.

Tooth # 17 Removal of impacted tooth- completely bony ADA code D7240
Tooth # 16 Removal of impacted tooth- partially bony ADA code 7230
Tooth # 01 Removal of impacted tooth- soft tissue ADA code 7220
Tooth # 32 Surgical removal of erupted tooth requiring elevation of mucoperiostea ADA code D7210

Hi. I had a big project to finish for class and needed something to look forward to as a break. Found https://lotus365.com.in/ and thought, why not give it a try? This site, straight out of India, got all kinds of games and stuff, and they throw in bonuses you wouldn't believe - welcome gifts, daily challenges, whatever. Gave me some fun during my study breaks, kept me going. I didn't expect much, but it was a nice little escape without any fuss.
