I have an accidental claim to process for a composite veneer (D2960) and I can not get on the medical claim form and do not want to use the unspecified medical code?

Hi stratforddental!

Unfortunately, there is not a specific medical code for composite veneer. This would generally be billed out to medical insurance as misc. supplies and materials code with an accompanying narrative letter explaining what you are billing for.

41899 is a non-specific code you could try - 99070 is also for misc supplies and materials provided above and beyond a normal office visit
