Fildena Super Active contains Sildenafil Citrate, which is a PDE5 inhibitor. It works by inhibiting the action of PDE5, allowing cGMP levels to remain elevated. This, in turn, promotes smooth muscle relaxation and enhances blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal.

It’s important to note that Fildena Super Active doesn’t automatically induce an erection. Sexual arousal is still necessary for the medication to be effective. Additionally, it does not increase sexual desire or arousal, nor does it protect against sexually transmitted infections or act as a form of contraception.
