I am trying to submit a medical claim for Root Canal Post Crown on 2 teeth and a ICOM filling MIFL on one tooth after then patient tripped and fell on his face. I can not find the CPT codes to use for the procedures. I was however able to find the ICD code.

When you are filing for services as the result of an accident, you have a little more leeway. Since these services are done to the teeth, you will not find a medical crosscode. I would suggest that you use your "D"codes on the medical claim form. You would use the diagnosis codes for 873.73 tooth broken fractured trauma, complicated. Along with the code for the trip and fall.
