Hi Guest!
Based on what you described below, here are some ICD-10 coding options for you:
For the fracture: S02.5XXA - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), initial encounter for closed fracture S02.5XXB - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), initial encounter for open fracture S02.5XXD - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), subsequent encounter for fracture with routine healing S02.5XXG - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), subsequent encounter for fracture with delayed healing S02.5XXK - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), subsequent encounter for fracture with nonunion S02.5XXS - Fracture of tooth (traumatic), sequela
For the fall: For the fall, if you could provide me with a few additional details about the fall I can provide you with some more specific coding options. For example: how did they fall? Was it on stairs? simply a slip on the same level? ran into something like another person or object of some kind? But, based on the information i have now, i would suggest: W18.39XA - Other fall on same level, initial encounter
As for the seizure, it may be best to rely on the patient's physician for the most accurate code for this, as there are TONS of different codes to stand for different types of seizures. With limited info, you may want to consider: R56.9 - Unspecified convulsions
Hope this helps, have a great day!
