Hi
Mich würde interessieren, was ihr bei der Übergabe einer Wohnung standardmäßig besprecht oder dokumentiert. Gibt es Punkte, die man leicht übersieht, die aber später wichtig werden können? Ich frage, weil ich in Zukunft öfter Wohnungen für Verwandte organisieren soll. Vielleicht habt ihr eine Art Checkliste oder Strategie, die sich bei euch bewährt hat?
