42409 - Marsupialization of sublingual salivary cyst (ranula)
While dental coding is not our forte like medical coding is, it doesn't appear there is a specific dental code that exactly describes this procedure. The closest I was able to find are:
D7509 - marsupialization of odontogenic cyst
D7410 - excision of benign lesion up to 1.25 cm
D7411 - excision of benign lesion greater than 1.25 cm
D7412 - excision of benign lesion, complicated
D7510 - incision and drainage of abscess - intraoral soft tissue
D7511 - incision and drainage of abscess - intraoral soft tissue - complicated (includes drainage of multiple fascial spaces)
If you don't feel any of these are appropriate, you may consider:
D7999 - unspecified oral surgery procedure, by report
