There is a variety of headache, pain, TMD, and accident codes to choose from based on the patient's situation and condition. As far as the CPT code (procedure code) for posture analysis - it appears that the CPT code suggested by posture analysis manufacturers is a CPT code that falls under physical therapy and rehabilitation services - 97750- Physical performance test or measurement (eg, musculoskeletal, functional capacity), with written report, each 15 minutes
