D7550 - partial ostectomy/sequestrectomy for removal of non-vital bone can be crosscoded to: 21025 - excision of bone, mandible 21026 - excision of facial bone(s) 41830 - alveolectomy incl. curettage
D7921 – collection and application of autologous blood concentrate product can be crosscoded to: 0232T - Injection(s), platelet rich plasma, any site, including image guidance, harvesting and preparation when performed
D7285 - incisional biopsy of oral tissue-hard (bone, tooth) can be crosscoded to: 20240 - Biopsy, bone, excisional; superficial
D9243 - Intravenous moderate (conscious) sedation/analgesia – each 15 minute increment can be crosscoded to:
99152 Moderate sedation services provided by the same physician or other qualified health care professional performing the diagnostic or therapeutic service that the sedation supports, requiring the presence of an independent trained observer to assist in the monitoring of the patient’s level of consciousness and physiological status; initial 15 minutes of intraservice time, patient age 5 years or older
