Hi There,

When the information from the patient forms are transferred to the new patient report, the symptoms are listed out following a comma. Not all but most words are capitalized. Is there a setting I can go in and change so I don't have to manually change every report?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Guest!

Absolutely you can edit those! You can do this using the "customization" feature found on the "tools" menu in any visit/form. IN short - you will select: Tools --> customize --> customize items in form sections --> click ok on prompt --> click customize button near the section you want to customize --> select item and click "edit" --> step 3 tab will allow you to edit the way that item prints out in the narrative report.

Here are two videos that show you the ins and outs of using your customization:

Please let me know if you have any further questions or if you need any help with this!

Thanks and have a good one.
